They have like a fantasy art and anime look to them. I like the second one, your favorite and the ninja drawing most.

I was honestly expecting stick figures since you said you started recently. They aren't bad if you decided to work on this NOW. All you need to do is work on some accuracy and human form...

I don't like comparing other people's artwork but I've seen crap done by people who've been at it for years and yours look like there is hope in continuing. No offense to them but people should quit if they refuse to progress. Like myself for example.

Have you tried drawing people get busy? THAT is good practice and I recommend it. XD A lot of human form in many positions and postures.

I don't even remember what Chiriko looked like. XD I like the whole old to newest because it's easier to watch some progress. Most people never bother to improve.

Anyway, I see you are improving on doing bodies and everything else you might've had trouble with before. My favorite ones are the naked vampire and your ninja. The ninja's face actually looks perfect to me. O_o

There be two pictures of you and Roachie. Not one!

There's nothing wrong with references. It can help you memorize and understand drawing human bodies better.

It's good that your references are fine. Some people, even with references, it looks odd. I like that you're using your scanner now. Though it's also besmirching your lines. Try "inking" out your lines or giving it some more definition. At the moment, I can't tell if you used crayon, weak charcoal, or pencil to draw your stuff. Stupid scanner.

This is also asking a lot but try coloring. If you don't wanna ruin your drawings, use a copy machine and practice coloring the copies in. I hate coloring but if you eventually get it right in your own eyes, it feels pretty damn rewarding. I like that you're attempting shading. Don't give that up because you'll feel like a jabroni if you even in drawing but suck at shading.

My favorites ones are the ones with you and Roachie. I don't know. I guess it's because it depicts you and it hits the viewer more. Emotionally.

The last two are good two. They have a lot of life.

As for none composites, I have to say I like the second one best. It's not just looking straight at you. It's in a different position and different positions are always interesting.

Somebody's improved greatly.

Maybe I should get back into drawing, but I'd get pissed off and probably launch the pencil or something lol. (Especially if it doesn't turn out the way I want it to.)

Were you looking at other pictures while drawing these? Because that's the way I draw. For some reason picturing the position of a person/something is really hard for me to keep in my head, and so I'm normally just stuck with drawing people looking in the same direction. (You know, person in the center.. standing straight, looking like a lump on a log.)

And then my other big issue with drawing is that I suck at shading. I understand the concept, the methods, and all that crap. I just suck at it lol.
